Understanding emotional frequency

We have choices.
Let’s understand emotional frequency and create some feel-good feelings!
We'll start with my favorite topic – Everything is energy! I read Dr. David R. Hawkins's book “Power VS Force” in my late 20s. At that time, some of the information was above my head, but his explanation of frequency stuck with me, especially the vibration of emotions. If you haven't read this book, I hope this information changes your perspective on the important role emotional frequency plays.
Dr. David R. Hawkins used muscle testing experiments with Kinesiology to create a logarithmic scale of seventeen levels of consciousness based on over 250,000 calibrations. He coined it as "The Hawkins Scale."
The seventeen levels of the Hawkins Scale, starting from the lowest to the highest, are –Shame, Guilt, Apathy, Grief, Fear, Desire, Anger, Pride, Courage, Neutrality, Willingness, Acceptance, Reason, Love, Joy, Peace, and Enlightenment.
Shame is at the bottom of the scale, with a consciousness level of 20, while Enlightenment sits at the top, with a consciousness level of 700+. Fear is at 100, a rating lower than anger at 150. Love has a 500 rating. Joy is rated higher at 540. Both surprised me.

Pause and take this in for a minute. How long do we allow ourselves to hang out in the "poor me" frequency of guilt/grief/fear/anger? How long do we actively choose to hang out in Joy?
No one is coming to save us! No one can think our thoughts. What Wolf are we choosing to feed? Bad things happen to all of us, but WE ALL HAVE CHOICES!

I HAVE CHOICES! I HAVE CHOICES! I HAVE CHOICES!
We can choose to feed the "poor me" over and over, or we can choose to honor the lower-frequency emotion with our presence and breath. Once it begins to pass through our body we can choose to move on. We can choose to create a feeling of Joy within our being. It is a thought away. The more you take control, the easier it gets and becomes your default setting.
I challenge you to see how long you can allow yourself to hang out with Joy and good feelings. See if you can go an hour. If you make it, challenge yourself to two hours and so on.

My thoughts create my vibe. My vibe attracts my experiences.
We have to begin somewhere. So let's do this!
A few tips to help your practice of expansion and feeling good!
1. Each night right before you doze off, create the feeling of Joy in your body, so that you can wake up in a new frequency.
- Tip - make it very visual - my friend Jen uses logs to let go of worry. If you tend to worry, put each worry on a log and visualize those logs floating down the river.
2. Upon waking up, visualize and feel your day as you would like to experience it.
- Tip - Remind yourself that life is an experience. It doesn't have to be hard. Speak to everyone's highest power from your heart and not from your ego. Receive from the same place.
3. Throughout the day, create a feeling of Joy within your body. Breathe through your heart while doing this. See how long you can hang out in that feeling.
- Tip - When triggering moments pop up, pause and breathe with them. Honor them until you feel movement (do not shove them down). But then come back to center with the mantra: I am safe to live in Joy.
