Our 1-day workshop experience is lead by 3 unique and powerful healers:
Soozie Kinstler will guide you in nāda (sound) yoga—featuring mantra meditation, yin yoga, yoga nidrā, & qi gong to balance the heart meridian of the Fire element and nourish the Earth element through grounding movement and mindful stillness. Rebecca Cordiano will guide a cacao ceremony & sound healing experience deeply rooted in shamanic traditions, offering intentional healing and raising your vibration to the energy of summer.
