Energy Hygiene Dinner Series #4: Deep Gratitude
Dinner, Workshop, & Goodies! Join us for an inspiring evening of connection, conversation, and transformation. Just as we care for our physical health, our energy deserves daily attention.
Each month, we'll gather over dinner to explore practical tools that help you become more aware of your energy, release what no longer serves you, protect your peace, and create a life that feels lighter, more intentional, and more aligned.
Each gathering explores a different topic related to Energy Hygiene, offering insights, having real discussions, and learning simple techniques you can begin using immediately in your everyday life.
This month's topic is Deep Gratitude
Gratitude is more than being thankful for the good things in our lives.
Join us for the next gathering in the Energy Hygiene Dinner Series, where we’ll explore Deep Gratitude and what becomes possible when we learn to recognize what has shaped us, keep the wisdom, and release the weight.
Gratitude does not mean approving of everything that happened to us. We can be grateful for who we became without being grateful that something happened.
During this interactive evening, we’ll explore how gratitude fits in with Energy Hygiene. You’ll have space to reflect on the people, experiences, lessons, and even difficult chapters that have shaped you, and to discover what is asking to be thanked.
You’ll leave with simple practices to carry gratitude into your everyday life, including a 7 Days of Wonder practice to continue the experience beyond the dinner.
And as always, these gatherings are about more than the topic. My intention is to create a space for authentic community and connection, where we can come as we are, meet new people, and have conversations that aren’t always considered normal table talk.
