Balancing the Earth element during Summer supports grounding, stability, and nourishment. As the Fire of Summer rises, Earth offers the foundation we need to stay centered, calm, and connected to our bodies. Earth invites us to slow down, digest life’s experiences, and return to our inner wisdom. This balance helps transform overstimulation into clarity, and anxiety into trust and belonging.
Our 1-day workshop experience is lead by 3 unique and powerful healers:
Soozie Kinstler will guide you in nāda (sound) yoga—featuring mantra meditation, yin yoga, yoga nidrā, & qi gong to balance the heart meridian of the Fire element and nourish the Earth element through grounding movement and mindful stillness. This fusion of sound and somatic practices brings emotional balance, inner calm, and deep connection to the body.
Dena Gould brings her expertise to help release stress and fear and create space for calm relaxation through breath, meditation, & EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique). This is a powerful fusion of energy medicine & psychotherapy to release trapped emotions & reshape habitual patterns.
Rebecca Cordiano will guide a cacao ceremony & sound healing experience deeply rooted in shamanic traditions, offering intentional healing and raising your vibration to the energy of summer.
