Hey Beautiful Souls,
I know this year may not have been a smooth ride. November especially felt like it pulled many of us into heaviness we thought we had already cleared. I felt it, too! I forgot for a moment that I am the creator of my frequency, the one who decides how I respond and who I become. And if you found yourself slipping into old patterns or old stories, you were not alone. We walked through it together, even if we did not say it out loud.
So, I want this month to be something different.
I want us to end 2025 in a frequency that feels like truth.
A frequency that feels like love.
A frequency that helps us remember who we are and why we came here in the first place.
December is busy. It is full of plans, obligations, and expectations. Let’s not add pressure. We are not adding another layer of perfection or shutting down because of overload. Let’s choose small, meaningful steps that uplift us and bring us back home to ourselves. Steps that help us stay aligned with what we desire instead of getting tangled in what we cannot control.
We cannot control the world or the people around us, but we absolutely can control our thoughts, our choices, and the way we show up. That alone is powerful beyond measure.
Three Simple Frequency Shifts for December
1. Gratitude — the kind that softens the heart
Gratitude is one of the quickest ways to shift our internal state.
We can journal it.
We can say it out loud.
We can think it while driving or brushing our teeth.
We can turn it into art if creativity is our love language.
It does not matter how we do it. What matters is that we pause long enough to see the beauty that is already here. When we honor what is good, more goodness finds us.
2. Heart-centered breathing to reconnect with our inner light
This practice is almost too simple, which is why it gets overlooked.
- Place awareness on the front and back of the chest.
- Inhale as if breath is moving in through both sides of the heart space.
- Exhale the same way.
- Let your inner light expand a little more with each breath.
This is how we return to our own energy. This is how we come back into alignment when the world feels loud. This is how we remember that our light is not something we chase. It is something we choose.
3. One small act of kindness each day
Not for the holidays.
Not because it is expected.
But because kindness raises our own frequency.
It reminds us that we are connected.
It reminds us that love is our nature.
- This can be something tiny:
- A genuine smile.
- A quick text letting someone know a thought of them passed through our heart.
- Helping someone reach something at the grocery store.
- Holding a door.
- Leaving an encouraging note.
- Allowing someone to get in front of you in line.
- Letting yourself soften instead of react.
These micro moments shift our chemistry, our energy, and our entire day. We may think they are small, but energetically they ripple far wider than we realize.
Closing the Year With Intention
This month, let us give ourselves the
gift of remembering.
Remembering that we are powerful.
Remembering that we are creators.
Remembering that we are responsible for our happiness.
Remembering that love is not something that happens to us — it is something we choose to embody. So be the Goddamn Light. Ha!
We do not need to do one big dramatic thing to end this year well.
We just need small, intentional acts that align us with who we truly are.
Let’s do our best to be present this month and truly enjoy and encourage the magic. Together, we can walk into the new year with a frequency that feels like truth.
