You had control all along!
You have everything you need to shape your experiences

You had control the whole time.
I recently did a
Brain Synchronization Therapy session with a good friend. Afterward, he shared a profound insight: "I do have control!"
I get buzzed when my clients experience those ah-ha moments, when the mental realization or fact they have heard many times becomes integrated in their whole being and becomes their truth! I can see and feel the shift in their body and their entire being!
Feeling like Glinda, the good witch of the north, (you know what I mean!) I felt like shouting,
"Yes! Of course you have control! You have held the power the whole time!"
I totally relate to those ah-ha moments, especially when you are doing this subconscious work. It just hits differently. You can physically feel the difference in your body, because you literally change your frequency.
This is your friendly reminder; you have full control over how you experience life.
You have choices about the thoughts you entertain and the stories you feed.
Trauma can certainly shape our patterns and limit our beliefs. As Bashar, channeled by Darryl Anka, wisely observed, once we become aware of these patterns and habits, they become choices. When you know you're doing something that isn't healthy or is putting you into a state of anger or fear it's now a choice.
Of course, changing these patterns isn't easy, but with awareness, you can begin to take steps to create the life you desire and gain more control over your experiences.
Recent political news left me shocked, angry, and disappointed. I allowed myself to fully experience the range of emotions that arose: disappointment, anger, fear, sadness, and overwhelm. However, I knew I couldn't stay stuck in those feelings because I did not want to attract more of that lower feeling frequency.
I have full control over how I want to experience life.
One thing that truly helps me is gratitude and I've taken this practice to the next level. I find gratitude in everything, big and small - from appreciating the simple act of applying lotion to my hands and feeling my skin rejuvenate, to thanking all of the material and natural things in my life (yes, I talk to trees and my water!). And of course, I constantly cherish the blessings of family, friends, and love.
Do you struggle to activate meaningful gratitude?
Here's a tip:
I always highly recommend never comparing yourself to anyone because that usually just causes suffering. However, if you find it challenging to be in a true state of gratitude, I do recommend playing the game of comparing yourself to those less fortunate. This can help you truly go into a state of grace and calm with all that you are and all that you have.
By going into a state of gratitude it completely shifts your energy and attracts more things for you to be grateful for. This is the law of attraction.
Cultivating deeper gratitude daily will shift your energy and frequency. When you can elevate this practice to a love for all aspects of yourself and your experiences, both positive and negative, you'll reach a new level of vibrational energy that attracts more of what you desire.
Life is a journey of experiences. Let's strive to control how we navigate these experiences, especially the challenging ones. Instead of labeling them as "bad," let's view them as opportunities for growth and transformation.
As we reflect on our lives, we often realize that our greatest growth occurs during our darkest times. Let's be grateful for these periods of growth and the progress we've made.
The love and gratitude you cultivate have a ripple effect, positively impacting those around you and even the planet. You've chosen to be a beacon of love, but that doesn't mean taking on others' burdens. Especially if you are a people pleaser. The best thing you can do is Love yourself enough to set boundaries and allow others to have their own experiences.
Take responsibility for your own happiness and well-being, rather than waiting for external conditions to change or the world to feel safe.
You have full control over how you experience life.
Take steps to control how you are experiencing your life.
Take steps to honor joy and freedom in this present moment with who you are and how you're showing up for yourself and then allow that a ripple effect to benefit others.
