9 Ways to Raise your Vibration Now!

What are you attracting?

When stress or overwhelm get us, and we begin to notice our thoughts are not helpful or kind
take a moment to...

Pause.
Breathe.
Feel.

Now what?
We need an action to take to shift out of this energy.

Positive thinking can only do so much if your vibration doesn't match!
If your vibration is low you will continue to attract more of the same. 

So let's raise our frequency right now!

Try these 9 ways to raise your vibe now, without leaving the room (or putting on pants!)


Activate your Breath
Inhale deeply from your belly for 4 counts, exhale slowly with and 8 count (or less if you can't!). Repeat 5 times!

Activate your Body
Move! If you're sitting, stand up, gently move your body, sway, and shake your arms downwards, shaking out the low energy. Sync your movements to your breath. Close your eyes and see how it feels! Do it till you feel the shift!


Activate your Heart
Gratitude - you've only heard it a thousand times, say 3 things you're grateful for! It's way more effective if you create the feeling, too!
Heart Coherence - Breathe from your heart, go completely into your heart, put a small smile on your face and breathe in Love and exhale your favorite yuck word. Do this for a couple of minutes. 

Activate your Chakras
See it and feel it: Visualize beautiful golden energy coming up from the earth through your root chakra and to the center of your body, all the way up your body and out the top of your head. Now allow it to cascade around your entire body. See yourself as the center of the sphere of glowing golden energy that is you.

Activate your Cells -
DRINK A FULL GLASS OF WATER! As you drink it say this: "I love you, water!" After you drink it, say this: "Thank you, water! Every cell in your body will thank you.

Activate your Space:
Look around you, is your space keeping you down? Clear the energy and declutter, organize just 1 small space around you. As you clear it, visualize releasing the low energies from the room and making space for higher vibes.

Activate your Voice
Speak. Sing. Hum. Ommmmmmmmmm. Make silly fart noises it if it gets your giggle

Activate your ears
Listen. Turn on the music that brings you joy, or helps you to feel something!
