The F Word was taking over my life!

Love is a frequency and we need more of it. I am reminding you how powerful you are. How powerful we are as a collective.
We saw what happened when we all started vibrating together in Fear these past few years. We all felt it. I literally had to cleanse my energy more because I was hanging out in a frequency that attracted exactly what I did not want. I subconsciously and at times consciously fed this fear. It became my new vibration.
It took a LOT more effort to exist on the earth in this lower frequency. Eww!!
I am back to a place that provides more loving-kindness and peace for my soul. I am not going back to anger and fear. Feeding into the fear does not help it. Thinking about all the bad things that are happening to beautiful people in our world is not changing their experiences: it is lowering the frequency. Instead, I surround those situations and people in Love when the fear thoughts creep in.
We need more Love, Sweet Love!
I know, I know! There are times that I want to withhold Love from a few people as well, but that just is not how it works.
When we withhold from them, we withhold from ourselves. We are all connected. ALL OF US. We are here to experience individual emotions for the collective.
When we hang out in heavy emotions for long periods, it lowers the frequency of our bodies and those around us. This is why we feel drained and dragged down when hanging out with negative people.
Let’s go back to Love, Sweet Love!
Still, please do not confuse being human and having challenging experiences and emotions as something that's wrong. It's all part of the process; it's part of the human experience. Remember, we are in control of our thoughts, and we can choose not to hang out in misery, anger, and/or fear.
As Byron Katie would suggest, “That thought is the cause of your suffering.”
Thinking “that thought” over and over and in as many creative ways as possible is still causing the suffering and not changing anything.
Please read that again.
Let’s think about Love, Sweet Love!
Even if we have not received the Love that we desire, we can still be Love.
“I’m not Loveable” is just another story that can be changed.
This can be inspiring and empowering work. One small intention at a time. One Love action is just the beginning. Love begins within us. Loving without conditions. Loving all that is.
Sometimes I have to say to myself, “it’s an illusion. You can Love this moment even though it feels scary.”
I create my reality of Love, Sweet Love!
Ask yourself:
What would it feel like if I Loved myself?
What would Love feel like if I Loved others unconditionally the best that I can in the moment?
How would Love show up if I were not afraid?
What would Love look like if everyone saw me for all that I am?
Create the Love expression that works for you.
As with anything, the more practice, the better we get. I now find myself waking up to Louise Hay’s Mantra, “I Love and accept myself.” I began using this as a default so that the morning negative thoughts did not have the opportunity to creep in and stick. I am grateful for the new habit, and I am making Love my default state, not Fear!
I choose Love, Sweet Love!
Let’s do this. Let’s show up for ourselves and each other. Let’s Love all as if we were looking into scared children's eyes and Loving them for existing. Let’s feed the Love energy! Let’s go out of our way to show Loving-kindness.
