Do this every night = Change Your Life!
Find the Missing Moment for Lasting Self-Love

If you've been with me in past years, we always set an intention word on how we want to feel for the new year. We then get creative and create doable steps to make our intentions our reality.
This year, I want to simplify it.
Simplify is actually my intention word for the year.
For the past few months, I had been actively “manifesting” self-Love and it really helped to shift the sadness I was feeling deep within my heart. These past couple of years have been a lot.
I am asking that you join me in my Self-Love practice this year! I am asking that you create space to change the way you look at yourself and therefore, the world. I am asking that you actively participate in shifting the energy of the Collective Consciousness by shifting it in yourself first.
And, of course, we will keep this simple.
Every night, before you go off to sleep:
IMAGINE that you truly love yourself right now.
IMAGINE that you love yourself now, exactly as you are.
IMAGINE how it would feel in your body to be loved unconditionally by you.
Get very clear on this feeling and create this feeling within your frequency. It may take time and that is ok but do this every night until you wake up every day knowing that you love yourself. Do this until you feel free and excited about life. THEN you may add a new intention that helps you create more of the life that you desire.
Will you allow this to become your new nightly ritual?
This “space” right before you go off to sleep is the THETA state and is very powerful for manifesting.
For many of us, this time is actually when we tend to think & sink ourselves into despair. We may find ourselves worrying over things not done and creating future anxiety. Unfortunately, this just adds more despair to our subconscious beliefs.
But making use of this precious Theta state will be the catalyst for your success! I have been active in this type of creating for years, but this “self-Love” creation before sleep has been the most powerful. It has been the most freeing. It has created so much happiness within me. As we know, if we can Love ourselves, people will not have to behave a certain way for us to feel like we are enough.
When we know that we are enough for ourselves, others are free to be who they are. Imagine how delightful that would be!
During the day, take steps to add to this feeling: do things that support Loving yourself; choose thoughts that honor your decision to Love yourself; when you make a mistake, practice self-compassion and not self-hatred.
The icing on the cake?
When you “have” to do something, say, "I am EXCITED to do this!"
“I am excited to eat that healthy option for lunch! Burgers tend to make me tired anyway!”
“I am excited to have this difficult conversation. Vulnerability is sexy and I know I will feel better during and after this discussion.”
“I am excited to do this workout/clean this item/go to the dentist because it will…”
Say it, feel it, claim it!
