"Should I dump him and run?"
That time Spirit told me to Shut Up!
I was clearing some energy from her third chakra as she asked a question about her boyfriend. I heard Spirit say, “Don’t give her the answer. Stop giving answers and ask questions.” So, I began to ask her questions.
By the time we were done with the session, she realized that she needed to “get over herself” a bit and focus on the good in her boyfriend to shift the energy.
I knew this download of information was powerful because my clients could
feel their truth. If I had told this particular client that I intuitively felt she needed to work on the relationship, she would not have believed me. She was ready to throw in the towel. When she began to
feel
her truth, her awareness shifted in her body. She became excited about the possibilities and a bit relieved with her new knowledge.
Her energy expanded.
Yes, on rare occasions, my clients will not be open to fully hearing or feeling their inner truth because fear blocks it. When this happens, I do my best to ask more creative questions. At times, I will offer my intuitive “hits,” but it is just not as powerful.
If you have the perfect partner come into your life and tell you that he or she loves you and that you're perfect, you most likely will not believe that partner. We won’t believe we are loveable and perfect until we can believe it for ourselves. The same is true for our inner knowing. When we know it in ourselves, it feels safe to move forward in that knowing.
When we don't allow the fear to make decisions for us, we are free to be us, to make mistakes and to be perfect.
Unfortunately, fear can be paralyzing. It causes us not to move or make any decisions at all. We may think it's safer to stay exactly where we are. It can also cause us to run in the opposite direction, when that may not be the best choice.
This month I want to inspire you to ask yourself the tough questions. I want you to better trust your inner knowing, your inner Spirit.
When we can make heart-based decisions from faith and Love, WE ARE IN OUR POWER!
We all have this innate ability. I know this is easier said than done until it becomes a habit.
Let’s start now and make it a habit?
- Get quiet and go into heart coherence. Go completely into your heart, put a small smile on your face and breathe in love and exhale your favorite yuck word. Do this for a couple of minutes.
- Ask a question and listen for the answer. Allow yourself to come from Love and faith. Trust what you hear. It most likely will be your voice. If the response feels loving, please listen and take action based on this information. If the voice is not kind, this is not your higher spirit. This is YOU being a jerk. If this happens, laugh with yourself and step away for a bit. This is normal. Be patient and it will get better. When it feels right, try again.
- The intention is to begin to trust you and come from a loving space. Keep this fun and light.
Example questions:
If I made my decisions from faith and Love, what would I do in this instance?
If I were not afraid, how would I approach this situation?
If I felt deserving, what would I ask for?
If I could truly trust myself, what would I do next?

And by the way, my business picked up at the end of 2014 when I stopped “giving answers.” When I learned that it wasn’t about me being psychic, it was about YOU stepping into your brilliance! Full exhale for me. I am blessed to “hold space” for you to discover your magnificence. Thank you for that. Thank you for allowing me to be with you during those tough times - the marriages, the divorces, the babies, the job changes, and the deep, deep trauma.
You all!!! My heart!!
THANK YOU!
Love you,
Dena
