The Magic of Manifesting

"You always get whatever you want!" she said to me in a catty tone. I paused but chose not to let it bother me. It was true and I wasn't going to apologize for it because, if I did, I would be telling my body there was something wrong with getting what I want.

I often take manifesting for granted and forget that not everyone practices it. I am reminded when I hear people calling themselves harsh names after making a mistake or saying negative things about their experiences. Sometimes my overly conscious word choice drives my husband nuts. When things are falling apart at home and he asks, “What next?” I usually choose to freak out on him and respond that "Nothing is next! This is just an experience. We are fine and everything is flowing." He rolls his eyes and smiles at me.

The Law of Attraction is so much more than vision boards. Ultimately it is a vibration. To bring the experience you want, you have to know that the experience you want is already happening. I’m not going to lie, this may take years of practice. But if we are going to be here on Earth anyway why not take the time to create the life we want, right?! I practice this work constantly and could write so much more. Instead, I will outline the juicy stuff for you.

The Magic of Manifesting

Come from your HEART always. That’s where the magic is created.

VISUALIZE the experiences you want. See yourself with a smile on your face surrounded by positive people sharing in your excitement.

Grab a trusted friend and TALK as if it has already happened. For example, “The trip to Greece was so much fun! More than I imagined! The people were so kind and...” Or, “When I talked to my boss she was to open to my fears and helped me...”

JOURNAL as if it has happened. Lately, I’ve been journaling in the morning about the current day as if it already happened. I get all excited share my fabulous experiences. This seemingly simple exercise has already had an enormous impact.

FOCUS on what you want to experience, not what you don't. And let go of all attachment to how it will show up.

Do your best to CLEAR all limiting beliefs and stagnant energy. Schedule a session with me, journal and then question what you wrote or, like above, simply FOCUS ON WHAT YOU WANT.

You must TAKE ACTION toward the experience you want to achieve. Research, ask around about it or try it on and see how it feels!

SET INTENTIONS , and then allow the Universe to begin working in your favor.

FEEL what you want to experience so that you begin to vibrate and align with it. This is what I call coming to CENTER . Happiness can be a thought away. Have that thought and create the feeling. As Joe Dispenza would say, this work is about retraining your brain. You must ALLOW the experience to become a KNOWING . Embrace a new default setting.

HAVE FUN NOW! You can't say you want a new job while hating your current job or else you will just attract more of the same. Do whatever you need to allow your daily experiences to be fun!

Mantra: I am centered and free. Good experiences come to me.
